Review policy

What a review may say

• Your own experience at the shop: the work, the price, the time it took, how you were treated.
• Facts and opinions, honestly held. Strong opinions are fine; abuse, threats, slurs and personal details (names of staff, phone numbers, plates) are not.
• No reviews of your own shop, a shop you work for, or a competitor's.
• No reviews in exchange for money, a discount or anything else.

Verified and unverified visits

A verified visit review comes from a single-use link sent after an invoice or booking at a shop on Wenmar Pro. Every other review shows as an unverified visit, and counts half as much in the ranking. One account may review a shop once every six months.

Moderation and disputes

• Reviews post right away. A burst of reviews for one shop, or certain words, holds a review for a person to read first.
• Shops cannot delete reviews. They can reply in public, and report a review that breaks this policy.
• Anyone can report a review with the Report link under it. A person reads every report, usually within a day, and removes a review only when it breaks this policy.
